The Product team listens to our customers’ needs and translates those insights into a clear product vision. The team works closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build scalable financial products that empower people to manage their money with confidence. Our role is to lead with clarity, support cross-functional execution, and champion the user in every decision.
As a Staff Product Manager on Affirm’s Credit & Pricing team, you’ll shape how consumers discover, understand, and use available credit. You’ll own the strategy for credit experiences spanning shopping, repayment, and marketing, turning complex credit capabilities into intuitive products that build trust and drive activation, conversion, and repeat engagement.
Remote-first with flexibility built in
Affirm is proud to be a remote-first company. Most roles can be done from almost anywhere within the country of employment. Some positions may occasionally require in-person work at an Affirm office, and a few are office-based due to the nature of the work. All new hires will be invited to attend an in-person onboarding experience.
