About the team + role
We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world’s biggest financial problems. We’re looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn’t a place for complacency, it’s where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We’re a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.
The Procurement and Vendor Management Office (VMO) is Robinhood’s central team for engaging and managing third-party vendors and partners across the company. We manage complex commercial relationships for Robinhood. We partner closely with Legal, Risk, Finance, and business leaders to help Robinhood source, negotiate, and manage vendor and partner relationships that power our products and operations. Our team values speed, commercial rigor, and risk-intelligent decision-making in equal measure. Our world-class, data-driven strategic sourcing function is key to Robinhood’s growth. You’ll work alongside the smartest sourcing and contracting specialists who understand the marketplace well, take ownership of their categories, and fluently use AI to deliver great results, fast! It’s a collaborative, high-accountability team where your expertise directly shapes how Robinhood spends and protects its resources!
As a Senior Sourcing Manager, you’ll own end-to-end sourcing and contracting for a portfolio of vendor categories, run market research, perform competitive bidding, lead negotiations, and drive contract execution. You’ll partner directly with senior Business Owners, Commercial Legal, and Risk stakeholders to translate their needs into sourcing strategies that deliver measurable savings and reduce risk. You’ll bring a data-driven lens to your category management, using metrics to identify opportunities and track the impact of your work. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone to influence how Robinhood engages vendors and partners.
This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, and Chicago, IL offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams.
