Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you’re brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you’re excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for user-driven and deeply technical Associate Product Managers to join our rotation program. You’ll help connect AI, design-to-code, and design systems workflows across Figma’s suite of products, enabling our millions of users to go from idea to production faster. You’ll be a liaison between design and engineering, working to solve complex user experience flows while ensuring they work for the underlying engineering architecture. This is a chance to experience all aspects of the product development process at a rapid pace while gaining exposure across multiple product areas.
This is a full time role based in our San Francisco hub with hybrid flexibility.
