We are looking for a medical assistant in a growing medical practice in Fort Lee, NJ. The candidate must be Friendly, High Energy and a true Team Player to join a growing medical practice. A CMA or RMA certificate is required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Professionally greeting all patients and visitors
• Reliable and dependable and a Team Player
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented
• Gather and document patient vitals
• Perform venipuncture, process lab samples
• Perform prior authorizations
• Assist with in-office procedure
• Front desk tasks such as answering the phones, greeting patients, checking patients into the EMR, processing payments, making confirmation phone calls, insurance verification

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: CMA or RMA certificate required
• Previous experience as medical assistant is strongly recommended
