Global Foreign Patient Medical Tourism Sales Consultant (Fully remote, high commission)

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven International Patient Sales Consultant to join our team on a freelance basis. This role plays a critical part in expanding South Korea’s medical tourism reach by building and managing strategic partnerships with overseas medical tourism agencies.




The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and international travel, possess strong sales and relationship management skills, and be comfortable working remotely.

This is a commission-based opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to the growing landscape of medical tourism connecting patients worldwide to top-tier South Korean healthcare services

Highlight:

Search and Manage partnerships with overseas medical tourism agencies that can send patients directly to South Korea.

Liaise between the medical tourism agency and a medical tourism platform (scheduling, pricing, interpreter needs, etc.)

*Regularly communicate with agencies to understand market demand, feedback, and patient flow

Key Responsibilities

• Search and engage with local medical tourism agencies interested in outbound medical care to South Korea.
• Introduce South Korean medical facilities, service options, price advantages, and onboarding process with the agencies (including document prep, expectations, pre-check).
• Attend local health fairs, events, and forums to represent the Korea medical tourism option.
• Maintain CRM/data of contacts and leads, and report conversions monthly.

Qualifications

• 1~3+ years of experience in healthcare, medical tourism, wellness travel, patient referral, or B2B sales
• Network with K-medical tour companies, community clinics, or wellness centers is a plus.
• Self-driven with excellent interpersonal, consultative skills, comfortable working, and remotely.
• Familiarity with TRICARE, Medicare/Medicaid, or U.S. insurance system (preferred).
• Korean cultural understanding or background is a bonus but not required.
