Job Summary:

The Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and implementing technical or process solutions to improve efficiency and achieve desired results.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyzing existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, or automation.

• Designing and developing detailed proposals for solutions, including functional specifications, process flows, and feasibility studies.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams for implementation and testing.

• Oversee the implementation of new applications or process changes and ensure quality during testing.

• Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines.

• Build automated validation and reconciliation checks to ensure data integrity across systems.

• Partner with stakeholders to design reporting and analytics solutions that improve visibility into operations, sales, and finance.

• Streamline workflows so that data processing and reporting refreshes occur seamlessly as new data becomes available.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

• Five (5) years of related experience required.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Experience with Python, SQL, data engineering and analytics workflows required.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred) and data pipeline tools such as Fivetran, dbt, and Airflow preferred.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
