Searching for jobs
How do I find jobs in my city?
Type a job title, skill or employer in the first search box and a city or region – for example Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad – in the second, then press Search Jobs. Suggestions appear as you type; pick one with the mouse or the arrow keys. You can also open Browse Jobs to see every city and category with its number of openings.
Can I narrow down the results?
Yes. Above the results you can filter by date posted, job type and remote work, and sort by newest or closing soon. Click any job in the list to read the full details beside it without losing your place.
What does “Jobs Near Me” show?
It groups the latest, government and closing-soon jobs for one city. Use Change location at the top of the page to switch cities.
Saved and viewed jobs
How do I save a job?
Click the bookmark icon on any job card, or Save on the job page. Saved jobs are listed under Saved at the top of every page and on the Saved Jobs page.
Where are the jobs I looked at earlier?
Every job you open is added to Viewed Jobs, and every search you run is added to Recent Searches so you can repeat it in one click.
Do I need an account for this?
No. These lists are kept in your browser only. Clearing your browser data, or switching device or browser, starts them fresh.
Applying
How do I apply for a job?
Open the job and press Apply now (or Apply by email). Depending on the employer you will go to their official application page or your e-mail app will open with the job title filled in.
Does Jobfo charge fees or review my application?
No. Jobfo lists openings and links you to the employer; your application goes straight to them. Never pay anyone who asks for a fee to “secure” a job – genuine employers and government departments do not do this outside their official challan or test-fee process described in the advertisement.
The last date has passed – can I still apply?
Expired jobs stay on the site for reference and are clearly marked as closed. Check the employer’s official notice for any extension.
Listings and corrections
Can I advertise a vacancy on Jobfo?
Jobs are published by the Jobfo team. To have a vacancy considered, send the official advertisement or job details through the contact form and choose “Advertising / posting jobs”.
A listing about my organisation is wrong. What should I do?
Use the contact form and choose “Problem with a job listing”. Include the job link and what needs to change; we will correct or remove it.
Privacy and safety
What information do you keep about me?
Saved jobs, viewed jobs and recent searches never leave your browser. For everything else, see our Privacy Policy and GDPR Privacy Policy.
How do I report a suspicious job?
If a listing asks for money, bank details or personal documents before an interview, do not respond. Report it through the contact form and we will investigate.
